AHAM MOVEMENT
MOVE TO HEAL
¿What is AHAM MOVEMENT?
Aham Movement means “I am Movement”
We are in constant change, and so, in constant movement. I try to bring awareness to that in my day to day and my practice. Aham movement is born through the willingness to practice this awareness and develop ourselves in a physical, mental, relational and spiritual way.
It involves projects in which I use tools such as Contact Improvisation, Conscious movement, physical expression, theater, Non Violent Communication and other movement disciplines, using approaches that may diverge between technical to educational.
In our projects we use tools such as Contact Improvisation, conscious movement, physical expression, theatre, non-violent communication and other movement disciplines and non-formal education. We adapt our approaches to meet different needs and preferences, diverging between the technical and the educational.
MOVEMENT IS THERAPY
MISSION
Inspire, cultivate and facilitate well-being and relational awareness through body practices, artistic and communication tools.
TESTIMONIALS
"Aham's movement workshops were a before and after in my life! The connection, listening and physical availability that I have now give me a lot of clarity to make important decisions in my life."
Alicia Fernandez
“I have had the joy of participating in Aham's workshops on several occasions, and each experience has been enriching both on a technical and sensitive level. Their valuable contributions have strengthened my confidence and my ability to listen when dancing, opening the door for me to explore new paths both in dance and in my own body. I am very grateful for your generosity in sharing your knowledge and for the positive energy that has allowed us, as a group, to enter areas of vulnerability and audacity. Thank you!"
Denisse Moralli
“I have taken Contact workshops with Aham, and he has given me the necessary tools to know my body and overcome mental limits to dance. He has a great capacity for active bodily and intuitive listening to connect with people and know how to transmit what you need in at all times making difficult things easy. He is a great professional and a person from whom you constantly learn. Always grateful for your teachings and practices."
