¿What is CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT?

In the practice of conscious movement we use a mixture of disciplines such as contact improvisation, martial arts, acrobatics, dance, parkour, etc. to get in touch with our body. It is a movement practice where we seek to go beyond a discipline with the intention of inhabiting our body and making conscious movement choices, rather than moving by default or habit.

We use different exercises with a game approach  to understand better how our body works and thus be able to approach any other practice from a broader perspective.
