¿What is CONTACT IMPROVISATION?
Contact Improvisation is a dance shared between 2 or more people in which points of physical contact provide a starting point for the exploration of movement from improvisation.
The form of movement is free, no one guides but it is the result of listening and physical proposal. We pay attention to what we are receiving and respond honestly, physically, from how it affects us, creating a chain of movement through action and reaction.
It is an experience of great connection, listening and healing open to people and bodies of all ages and conditions.

ON FALLING AND FLYING
In this workshop we will review the different paths that take us from the ground to flying with our partner.
We will progressively explore the different levels, understanding the technique that allows us to fly, fall and facilitate flight.
We will see how to fall alone or together by absorbing and redirecting impact, sliding, pushing and rolling as tools to fall, and spiraling and holding on to rise and fly.
We work taking responsibility for our own body and falls.

THE TEXTURES OF CONTACT
A workshop in which the main exploration tool is blindfolding to use physical contact as the only reference.
We work on presence, listening and trust.
We awaken our antennas and guide ourselves through touch in improvisation.

MOVING EMPATHY
A retreat/intensive that combines Contact Improvisation and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in the midst of nature. We will explore how these tools help us connect with what is alive within us, enriching both our dance and our lives while cultivating trust and authenticity.
A space to listen, move, and transform the way we relate to ourselves and to others.
